The 3rd Quarter winner will be announced this coming week but before we announce we still have some updates on Core Values for 3/6-10 and events to report.
Thank you House Audacia for continued acts of kindness:
- One Member exhibited enthusiastic SERVICE by volunteering to help Mrs. Kuhn hang Pi Day signs.
- Two Members demonstrated LEADERSHIP, TIME MANAGEMENT, and RESPONSIBILITY by sending Mrs. Haycox their speech outline by the time requested.
- One Member acted in SERVICE by taking out the classroom trash for Mrs. Quillen.
- One Member displayed CHIVALRY by being very polite and holding the door for one of his teachers.
Thank you House Fides for continued acts of kindness:
- One Member consistently demonstrates INITIATIVE and by volunteering to put his work on the board in Physics class.
- Two Members demonstrated LEADERSHIP, TIME MANAGEMENT, and RESPONSIBILITY by sending Mrs. Haycox their speech outline by the time requested.
Thank you House Sapientia for continued acts of kindness:
- One Member offered his SERVICE to Mrs. Russell when she had more than she could carry back to her classroom.
Sydney Himpel of House Audacia participated in the Piano Federation Festival at Queens College. She was required to memorize and play two Classical pieces of her choice in front of judges (“Bouree” by Telemann and “The Healing Garden” by Klouse). She received a Superior rating (the highest rating possible). Well Done!!
