Thank you House Audacia for continued acts of kindness:

  • One Member exhibit SELFLESSNESS by creating flashcards for chemistry and then shared them with the entire class.
  • One Member showed HELPFULNESS in class by cleaning the board and handing out papers.
  • One Member BLESSED Mrs. Quillen by surprising her with a Diet coke one day.
  • One Member SERVED the PTO and Mr. Cook by helping set up tables in the gym for the PTO Bingo night.
  • Four Members displayed EXCELLENCE by applying themselves during a Spanish I class project.
  • One Member demonstrated HELPFULNESS by staying late to clean up after the Cross Country meet.
  • One Member displayed HOUSE SPIRIT by carrying a stuffed lion around in the outside pocket of his backpack.
  • One Member exhibited consistent DILIGENCE and THOUGHTFULNESS.
  • Five Members showed COURAGE and HUMILITY by sharing their “Mrs. Turpin Moments” with one another.
  • Four Members displayed EXCELLENCE by applying themselves during a Spanish I class project.

  • Six Members displayed exceptional EFFORT during the cross country race.
  • One Member showed CHEERFULNESS when helping a teacher in need of an extra hand three different times. (points x3)
  • One Member displayed COURAGE and INTEGRITY by admitting to Mrs. Quillen a mistake, regarding the dress code, and apologizing for it.

  • One Member exuded SERVICE by cleaning gum off of the trash can lid in a classroom at Parkwood.
  • Four Members displayed EXCELLENCE by applying themselves during a Spanish I class project.
  • One Member showed KINDNESS by holding the door open for Mrs. Haycox as she entered the building with her hands full.
  • One Member exhibited THOROUGHNESS and good COMMUNICATION when editing and peer reviewing essays.
  • Two Members displayed SERVICE by helping Mrs. Quillen with her cart in the church.
  • One Member showed HELPFULNESS by lifting Mrs. Quillen’s heavy crate into her vehicle.
  • One Member demonstrated DETERMINATION and PERSEVERANCE by taking the opportunity to jump in, without being asked, in Mrs. Arensman’s Latin 1 class.
  • Two Members offered SERVICE by cleaning way beyond their classmates and with out asking.
  • Three Members showed COURAGE and HUMILITY by sharing their “Mrs. Turpin Moments” with one another.
  • One Member revealed CONTAGIOUS ENTHUSIASM for English class and the book, The Hobbit.
  • One Member showed THANKFULNESS by thanking Mrs. Arensman for class each day.
  • A Member BEAUTIFULLY DEMONSTRATED the dress code.
  • Two Members SERVED the PTO and Mr. Cook by helping set up tables in the gym for the PTO Bingo night.
  • One Member exhibited HELPFULNESS by staying behind to pick up tiny pieces of paper off of the floor, without being asked.
  • One Member displayed a person investment in the PURSUIT OF TRUTH.
  • One Member showed COURAGE when practicing speaking in front of the class.
  • One Member demonstrated EXCELLENCE when presenting in the house meeting.
  • One Member exuded WILLINGNESS to be helpful in RPG club.
  • One Member displayed excellent ENGAGEMENT in class.
  • One Member showed KINDNESS and HELPFULNESS to an injured friend by carrying her books and backpack.
  • One Member went the “extra Mile” and showed DILIGENCE and HARD WORK in both academic and athletic endeavors.
  • Two Members displayed exceptional EFFORT during the cross country race.
  • One Member demonstrated a POSITIVE ATTITUDE while working through an issue with a teacher.
  • One member exemplified ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE in Spanish III class.

  • Two Members offered SERVICE by cleaning way beyond their classmates and with out asking.
  • One Member demonstrated KINDNESS and SERVICE by carrying a fellow classmate’s backpack to all his classes for the week because he had recently had surgery and could not carry heavy things.
  • Two Members demonstrated HELPFULNESS by staying late to clean up after the Cross Country meet.
  • One Member showed HOSPITALITY when going out of her way to welcome home-school athletes to chapel, greeting them, and asking them to sit with her.
  • One Member displayed SERVICE by helping Mrs. Quillen with her cart in the church.
  • One Member showed ENTHUSIASM and PARTICIPATION during a discussion in history class; offering different perspectives and experiences.
  • One Member exhibited HUMBLE LEADERSHIP as she gave direction to a younger student.
