Second semester kicked off with the grand opening of our new building and two amazing Homecoming Varsity basketball wins!

The schedule for 2nd semester now allows time for us to resume our Monday morning assembly as well as start our clubs and community groups.

For the 7th-12th grades, there is the Board Game Club, the Wargaming/RPG Club, and the newly established Spanish Club.

S.A.B.M (the Society for the Art of Biblical Masculinity) Club returned this year and motivated the girls to start the GLOW (God Lighting Our Way) Bible study club.

Two other new clubs this year are the Photography Club and the Knitting Club.

Our Community Groups are divided by Houses, as well as divided by age. Mr. Leland, Mr. Morton, and Mr. Caldwell have the 9th-12th grade boys by House.

And Mr. Gasparrini and Pastor Singleton lead a combined House group of 7th and 8th grade boys.

The 10th-12th grade girls are led by Mrs. Sneed, Mrs. Quillen, and Mrs. Kuhn.

And the 7th-9th grade girls are led by Mrs. Thigpen, Miss Leland, and Dr. Williamsen.

Lastly, our upper school students are continuing to demonstrate each day many of the CCS Core Values that we love to celebrate. The teachers and staff love to catch them in action loving others well.
