  • One member demonstrates love by her continual KINDNESS and FRIENDLINESS toward teachers and adults.

  • One member demonstrates love by SERVING as he assisted Mrs. Bingham in rearranging the science classroom.
  • One member demonstrates love by his acts of CHIVALRY in offering to take Mrs. T. Wilmoth’s trash to the receptacle saving her a long walk and inconvenience.

Congratulations to House Fides for demonstrating the following core values:

  • One member demonstrates LOVE and COMPASSION when he helped Mrs. Cross on the playground with an injured student.
  • Two members demonstrate love by their SERVICE in offering to take out Mr. Wilmoth’s trash.
  • One member demonstrates love by her act of COMPASSION when she helped a young child with direction.

  • One member demonstrates love by SERVING as he assisted Mrs. Bingham in rearranging the science classroom.
  • One member demonstrates love with SERVICE and HELPFULNESS by aiding a peer who was struggling with material in Latin I.
  • One member demonstrates love by his COMPASSIONATE inquiry into the health of Mrs. T. Wilmoth’s daughter.
  • Two members demonstrate love by their continual KINDNESS and FRIENDLINESS toward teachers and adults.
  • One member demonstrates love by acts of  HUMILITY and HELPFULNESS as observed by Mr. Staggers.

Recently the House Captains were given school sweaters with their house crest on them as a gift from the school for their leadership.

Laura Sneed received 5 Admin Leadership points for House Fides for coming up with the idea of putting the house crest on the various uniform wear through Land’s End.  She worked with Mrs. Kuhn and now both boys and girls have sweater options that can display their house crest.

  • One member displayed SERVICE by assisting Mrs. Staggers in Algebra I by getting ice for her.
  • One member displayed SERVICE by offering to clean Mrs. Bingham’s board.
  • Two members displayed LEADERSHIP and TEAMWORK during the House meeting.

  • Four members displayed SERVICE by volunteering to paint the set piece for the seventh grade theater class.
  • One member displayed DILIGENCE and INITIATIVE when she used the chapel service to improve flowing skills for debate class.
  • One member displayed CHIVALRY by serving Mrs. Dearing in setting up the classroom for the project presentations in English 8.
  • One member displayed SERVICE by assisting Mrs. Staggers in Algebra I by collecting papers and emptying the hole punch.
  • One member displayed REVERANCE by leading worship in the Thursday chapel.
  • One member displayed COMPASSION when she offered her notes to a student who had been absent in math class.
  • One member displayed SERVICE by offering to clean Mrs. Bingham’s board.
  • Two members displayed LEADERSHIP and TEAMWORK during the House meeting.
  • One member displayed INITIATIVE by leading the logic school PE class.
