Prom 2018

Prom 2018 was held at the River Run Country Club. The juniors did a fabulous job planning and decorating for the event. The theme was “The Last Waltz” and all the students had a fantastic night.  A sampling of photos from the night of dinner and dancing is below.

And a BIG thank you to the Rose and Cregger families for inviting the parents to a “pre-prom” gathering at the club so that we could all see the beautiful girls in their dresses and the handsome men in their tuxedos.

The Rose’s even hired a professional photographer for the evening to capture some stunning shots of the students in front of the lake.  THANK YOU!

A night of dinner and dancing with sweet friends PROM-ised to be a night to remember!

Serving at the Special Olympics 2018

Cabarrus County Special Olympics held their Spring Games on April 11th and the CCS 10th, 11th, and 12th graders served as buddies for the athletes.

The CCS students were paired with athletes ranging in age from 11 to 65. As buddies they cheered their athlete on through the various events, danced with them while waiting, and gave lots of hugs and high fives!

It was a special day for ALL of US!
